The Estates at Brentwood

We have lived here for one year and it has been a horrific and incredibly difficult living experience. We have had an endless list of significant safety and sanitation issues. While pregnant with my first child our AC unit broke twice. Then as we brought our newborn son home from the hospital the AC unit continued to break- a total of six different times. It was the heat of the summer when it broke for the 4th time and we had a tiny newborn in our unit, when we called the office to talk to them we were told verbatim “It is not an AC emergency unless it is over 80 degrees” - we told them we have a small baby in our unit and babies can overheat and die when the temperature is over 74 degrees. Unless you want to have 4+ water leaks in your first 5 months of living here highly suggest finding somewhere else. Maintenance will walk in unannounced without knocking at odd hours and clearly do not know what they are doing. Also if you do move here you might want to buy a swifter for all the brown recluses. They will be in your bedroom just a warning. Have 20+ other issues I could bring up but just going to leave it at this. I would recommend the tapestry apartments down the street they are super nice. Update: Had an additional water leak which was painted over and not repaired. Can’t wait for it to leak AGAIN. We have lived here for 4 Months and have had 4 substantial issues. Our toilets were both leaking upon moving into our apartment. Our AC has had issues and now we too are dealing with water leaks. Maintenance has resolved these issues and has been easy to work with, but it is baffling how a small apartment can have so many maintenance issues in such a short time. I would not recommend living here. Edit/Update: Water and Sewer usage is not billed on a per unit basis here. Instead, you pay for the entire property’s usage. This is not something that was disclosed with us upon signing and we have had astronomical water & sewer bills. I decided add this for transparency and is one of the reasons I would not recommend it.

I lived here, in a very nice two bedroom apartment, for 5 years. I really liked living here, and would still be here if my situation hadn’t changed and I became able to buy a house. The staff has been great, maintanance has taken care of all the small issues that can happen to older apartments like these, and the location and amenities can’t be beat! Thanks to all the staff and maintanance folks.

Love these apartments been here going on 3 years and what i can say is that they have been nothing but great to me... The staff in the office is always ready to help with any issues.. If you are looking for an apartment in the Brentwood/Nashville area this is the place to be at!!!!! Fast,Fun,Friendly....
