St. Martin Square

I have lived here for 7 years and really enjoy it here. There’s a mixture of age groups which make it unique. It’s not only a great place to live but also close to Nashville or Franklin. The place was nice when I moved here but we had several things that needed to be taken care of to make this place great. We have made great strides in the last couple of years and it’s really looking awesome. We are updating the landscaping and it has really given this place a face lift. I think the owners that live here take pride in our place and want to keep it looking as nice as possible, which I appreciate. As a homeowner and we all share so much common areas it takes us all to keep it looking nice. So thanks to all the St Martin Square residents that are doing their part to keep this place looking

I bought my condo in this complex in October of 2021 and I could not be happier with my decision. I love St. Martin Square for so many reasons: The location is incredibly convenient. The people are so friendly and accommodating. The complex is very well kept and they are always keeping the property maintained. This is truly a community of great people and I look forward to many years to come living here.

We have lived here for three years and absolutely love the location, the amenities and the neighbors. It is a quiet community with a beautiful pool and gorgeous landscaping with fountains throughout the property. The neighbors are friendly and supportive. The demographics are mixed with several retirees, singles, young married couples and a few children. Dogs are allowed although there are size and breed restrictions. There is a gated entry and a clubhouse on site with a gym on the second floor. We have held small events on the balcony of the clubhouse overlooking the pool. The balconies of the units are oversized and large enough for more than just two chairs and a bistro table. This is what we love the most about this property. I've lived here about a year and I can say that the overall experience has been short of what you'd expect from 'resort-style condominiums', mainly due to the HOA and neighbors in this community. The best way I can describe it that it's comparable to a very dull episode of Desperate Housewives, but with the only drama being related to a small condo complex in the middle of Tennessee. There are a few women who's only purpose living here seems to be making other tenants feel unworthy of living in this place. This attitude has been made apparent on numerous occasions, most recently, with the amenities. The most recent experience floored me.
