Shoddy work in finishes. Paint so thinned out you can see the drywall. Trim work is horrible. Even my towel racks are not level. Sold me a flat lot so I could build a pool, then graded my back yard uphill. On-site personnel rude and builder(s) there have been several! difficult to deal with. I would not recommend. Build somewhere else.
I was impressed with these estates. Everything is first class from the beautiful homes, well manicured lawns, and wonderful people.
Love Fischer Homes, their properties are absolutely beautiful and will be my home builder when my wife and I buy our next home.
Love our new home. Our field Mgr. Matt was the best to work with.
Homes are too expensive and way to close together, but the people are beyond rude
