Enclaves At Mountain Vista Challenger homes. We have been in our "new build home" for just over a year now. Enough time to form a well rounded opinion on the quality of the home. Unfortunately for us and apparently many others the workmanship quality has been quite poor and underwhelming. In each on of these "custom" cookie cutter homes you will find the CHEAPEST materials used to craft your home. Materials that will break and wear much quicker than higher quality items. So while you are spending your hard earned top dollar to buy a home within one of these communities, challenger cuts corners and saves. Our home came with a rock feature we had a stone built into our kitchen floor because instead of cleaning up the floor they just decided to put the flooring over the rock. 10/10, for hal

Purchased a new build from Challenger and have found that many of the materials used were cheap. Many plumbing issues, Team Plumbing worked on our new build, not the best choice. Many regrets purchasing a Challenger Home.

All tho the experience of buying a new home was wonderful. Our realtor and Emily with Challenger were amazing! The trades they use to build the house are absolutely horrible! Immediately had issues with plumbing. Later found out the roof was completely shot and instead of fixing it properly they did a cheap fix! I thought buying a new house we wouldn’t have immediate issues but that definitely wasn’t the case. We had challenger come and inspect these issue and their very own warranty guy said it was wrong. They still have not fixed these issues!

This was our 2nd new build and we had a terrific experience with the entire team at Challenger. We worked directly with Emily, Jill and Connor. All three of them were friendly, professional and very responsive. We had only a few minor punch items, all of which were rectified in a timely manner. Thank you for building us a beautiful home!

Emily with Challenger Homes: Enclaves at Mountain Vista was awesome to work with when purchasing our home! She was very patient with us, walking us through several of the layouts so we could decide which one was our favorite. Then she answered every question we had prior to signing our contract. She has been so helpful with organizing different events/competitions for our neighborhood. We absolutely love our home and are very thankful we had Emily to help us every step of the way.
