I had a great experience touring this apartment complex! When I walked into the office, Ms. Lay greeted me right away and asked if I was there for the tour. She made me feel very welcome from the start. She showed me the one-bedroom apartment and took her time answering all of my questions. She was super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property. She also went over the application process thoroughly and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. At the end of the tour, she made sure to ask if I had any additional questions and didn’t rush me at all. I really appreciated how patient, informative, and professional she was throughout the entire experience because I know I asked a TON of questions. Ms.Lay definitely made the tour a positive one!!
Would Highly recommend this place. for starters the leasing agent Lay is extremely professional and up front. the property here is absolutely gorgeous and still adding to it as they go. My wife and i were going to live here the only reason that kept us from moving was due to the inability to get fiber internet. not something they can control of course just something that is lacking on xfinity the internet service providers end. due to the type of work i do this was a requirement for us. if this property ever adopted fiber down the road we would absolutely not hesitate to move to this community again. 10/10 would recommend!
If you encounter Thrive in any complex, steer clear of it at all costs. The ownership, Corliss Management Group, employs Thrive to manage their apartments. However, Thrive’s performance is appalling. I went to management multiple times regarding various issues, but nothing was resolved until I spoke to the COO of Corliss. It’s evident that Thrive is incapable of handling your problems adequately. During a conversation with our Thrive Property Manager, Trisha, I expressed my concerns about her lack of care. Her response was dismissive, stating, “I’ve been a property manager for nine years, and I’m amazing at my job.” This is not the crap you want to hear when you’ve encountered issues like nails sticking out of the staircases, non-residents dumping trash in dumpsters, and leaks in your ap
I had such a wonderful experience working with Ms. Lay Carroll!! From the very beginning, she was very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what can usually be a stressful process feel seamless and easy. Ms. Lay’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, she went above and beyond to ensure I found the right apartment that fit my needs. Communication was always prompt, and she made me feel valued as a tenant, not just another lease to close. Thanks to Ms. Lay Carroll, I will soon be happily moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her support. I highly recommend Ms. Lay Carroll to anyone looking for a smooth
Been here since August, truly has been the worst experience of mine and my families lives in an apartment. We can hear everything upstairs and someone else said "its like they are inside our own home". I can attest to that. Im not sure how this place was able to pass inspection from the city with how thin the floors are with zero insulation to reduce noise. I honestly hate living here. I would highly suggest if you are looking to live here to consider somewhere else. It might look nice inside but its a nightmare once you get loud neighbors that have zero respect for others. I cant wait for my lease to be over so we can get out of here and never look back. If you do plan on living here make sure it's on the top floor so you don't hear EVERY SINGLE THING IMMAGINABLE.
