The District Apartments

I have a 1 bedroom apartment here. Been here since the end of November. My apartment hvac vents broke again week after moving and they have yet to fully fix it. It’s get really cold. I have already called code enforcement. Also they have roaches in my apartment. They have a person who comes and sprays that stays and spray for 2 mins and leave. The only good thing is the apartment is remodeled but you will have roaches. All of them do! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently toured this apartment community and was really impressed. The staff was welcoming, the property was clean, and the units were spacious with modern finishes. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. Definitely one of the best tours I’ve had.”

I would give the apartments a 5 star if I Hadn’t had to go through such a terrible time with my hot water tank bursting 23 days after moving in October 1. The maintenance department is lackluster. They do patchwork instead of getting to the problem. I have been displaced now for over a week I have had to call and ask for updates instead the apartments updating me day by day to let me know what was going. I actually went by today, October 31, 2025 after I was told that the water was fixed after changing out a breaker putting on two thermostats and a heating core And steel the water isn’t getting hot and I’m supposed to be able to move back in supposedly Monday after the carpeting has been relayed and dry. I made a review that sadly has to change due to current circumstances. As I know, we all face this weather storm together, how the team handles/ is handling this situation about the water being off can't be a direct reflection of what where to expect as paying tenants. We received one email around 2:51 PM yesterday about water being shut off for emergency maintenance. Instead of hourly updates until close or providing us with information so we wouldn't go to sleep worrying if we would have water in the morning, they did nothing. Went home to their apartments or homes, able to take warm baths and showers, leaving us on a Sunday without the ability to wash clothes, clean dishes, or bathe. I came to the district apartments for an apartment tour and I was introduced to Chris. Chris was really professional he showed us the apartment and what it comes with. The apartment is very nice and put together very well. I came back for the second time and Chris help us step by step he’s very patient with us and very professional.
