The Deco at Victorian Square

I am a current resident here at the Deco and I have just got to say that these apartments are amazing. They are always on top especially whenever residents put in work orders the apartments always have maintenance be on top of those orders. I have never once had a bad experience here and I love the fact how we always have a perfect view of the concerts that happen down here off Victorian. Living here always makes it convenient too whenever there are events happening by the nugget as it is perfect walking distance to the events. I also love the beautiful sunsets we have too from our balcony. It is such a perfect view and I truly adore the view of our sunsets!! I can never get over the beautiful view we have of sparks! The office is also always very polite, friendly, and very considerate too

I give it 4 stars because the cost - functionality ratio is not consistent What's going well? It is a very quiet and very safe building, personally I have never had to fear for my safety or that of my car The neighbors are very calm and friendly It is very clean and they give it very frequent maintenance What does it take to improve? The gym could have better equipment The automatic gate hasn't worked for months I have made some requests to the office and they have not given me a resolution They don't have a dog park and it would really be appreciated The prices are quite high if you try to live alone The studio especially is a very small space for such a high price

From the moment I came in contact with the office, I have had every question and hurdle responded to in a polite professional way. I primarily worked with Jenny. She was informative and really just made me comfortable with the entire process

I have lived at this property for over a year in a penthouse with an amazing view of the Reno/Sparks area. The apartments are spacious with updated appliances and flooring. Staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs. Work order requests are always completed in a timely and professional manner. Secured entry to the building and garage are an added bonus.

The Deco Staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the people who live there. Service requests are addressed and discussed with clear direction thanks to the onsite maintenance team. The community in the building is friendly and everyone takes time to be respectful
