I would give no stars if I could. I lived in one of the properties from ferrari lund and it was the worst experience ever. I thought I moved into a clean 1 bed apartment with my kids and it was not clean. There was a cockroach infestation that was never taken care of. I should have asked if there was roaches however since I didnt see any sign I thought It was clean. Anyways I asked to schedule for pest control to come out. They did twice. The 3rd time I had asked the company not to arrive early as I would be at work. Well they arrived early and my land lord Lesley Riley charged me a $100 no show fee. I did not get a courtesy call from the company before the arrival either accept days before. Well the 3rd time is enough. I moved out of the apartment with my kids as the end result. I guess t

I was selling my elderly mothers home with very little knowledge of the property and Dan did everything he could to get questions answered in a timely manner.
