The Dakota

Convenient location and modern finishes are just a few highlights of this apartment complex. The business office staff are accommodating and kind. Hunter, with maintenance, has a done a great job with requests and is friendly. While finding parking at times can be difficult, it has improved since my initial time being here. Overall my husband and I have enjoyed living here at The Dakota.

The Assistant Manager Caitlin H, made our move in experience seamless and stress free. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Her knowledge and friendly approach made us feel confident and at home right away especially since we just pcsed from Korea and it was a relief knowing that she took care of us!! We truly appreciate how easy she made the entire process excellent service all around! Will recommend 10/10 to other people!!
