I just closed on a home and this title company, by way of Team Taft,was the weakest part of the entire process. We opted out of their secure system and they ignored that request four separate times. Communication was sloppy, key emails left me out without explanation, we’ve yet to receive the recorders numbers(they sent it again through the secure system we opted out of). Their mistakes created unnecessary stress and wasted time. I would not use them again and strongly recommend choosing a different company.

Team Corwin was amazing through out the entire process. There were several snags along the way as it was a VA foreclosure and that brought with it unique requirements.

The sellers chose the title company but we were very pleased with every interaction. Office staff was friendly and very communicative. The couple times I had questions Hester was available and explained things in great detail that made it easy to understand. Our closing was smooth sailing from start to finish. All the documents were presented in a timely fashion and were easy to navigate through. Overall I will recommend to friends and family looking to close.
