Do not live here!!! Please please please save yourself the trouble. Jay and management were very nice to me up until I signed the lease. After that, it was always hard to get in touch with him regarding anything involving my apartment. I would go down to the office and he would make me wait hours sometimes but I watched him immediately help other tenants whenever they went down to his office. I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here about people getting charged a $350 cleaning fee even after deeply cleaning the apartment.. that also happened to me. I had an ESA animal to Jay stated ruined the carpets with “cat hair.” I was there for only 1 year and a good shampoo would have removed all of that. Plus, I never left a lot of cat hair to begin with & I had pictures and videos to prove it. I actually

I don’t leave many reviews. When I do it’s normally positive because I know it’s important and they have great customer service. But things change! So: The Matinence department is the best I’ve ever seen when it comes to renting and living in an apartment. Thanks y'all!! (Juan!) After a very hard last few days I was courteous enough to inform them of my departure. Only to be responded with attitude and rudeness. I hope in the future your potential customers ($) don’t make their decision based on that one area of the complex. Great location!! Maybe this review gets turned around, like a bad attitude :) UPDATE: 10/16/2025 still no response on the (3/4 months now) money supposed to be returned from my initial deposit. Multiple phone calls documented and with this situation regarding the manag

Jay the manager is rude and dismissive. He called me upset accusing my of putting my Amazon boxes in my neighbors trash. They also charged me $350 for a cleanup fee and sent it to collections despite the fact I hired a maid to clean my entire apartment before I moved out. My friend had his truck broken into. When he asked Jay to review the camera footage from the parking garage he was told the cameras are broken. So useless. Way overpriced. Look somewhere else.

My family of four lived at The Current for 16 months on the 1st floor. The Current is an apartment building that stands out not only for its modern amenities but also for the exceptional team that manages it. Property manager Jaye Traxler and his team have made a significant impact on the quality of the building, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. Jaye’s leadership and dedication to maintaining a high standard of service are evident in every aspect of the property. His team is responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns or requests. This level of care creates a welcoming and well-maintained environment that residents truly appreciate. Additionally, the maintenance staff, particularly Juan, deserves special recognition fo

Avoid this place at all costs, the only good thing here is the maintenance staff (loved those guys). Property management is a joke and is rude to tenants and always rolls his eyes when you bring to their attention issues with the apartment or amenities. Spends more time outside on smoke breaks than inside handling issues. Myself and other residents had our taillights stolen from the "secure" parking garage because they can't figure out how to close the gate. Cost me $1000 out of pocket and upon move out they charged me $100 bucks for holes in walls from nails even though they were filled. Another negative is the AC units here go out, ALL, the time. I spoke to numerous neighbors and they all mentioned how either the blower fans go out or the breakers always trip from using the AC in the su
