Miss Lakendra is the best best best of best leasing agent of all time.I am giving a 5 star to miss Lakendra by the way. I have lived at Monroe flat for over a year before relocating, and miss Lakendra will always be there to make sure everything I needed will be fixed, or changed, or anything…….. you are the besttttttttt miss Lakendra. The apartment is nice and new, however the neighbors smoke weed all day every day, at the time I was there some had parties until 5 am on weekdays, some made awful screaming, weird noises, and you can hear gun shots sometimes around the complex, people fighting outside, sometimes homeless people sleeping on the hallway, some of my packages have been stolen, Buttttttttt it’s well managed, they only need to have cameras there. call miss Lakendra and she will

Issue with Wogan Group - Tried to get an apartment here. I applied just for them to tell me that the website is not updated and that the apartment is no longer available. I asked if they could transfer my application and fee to a different property - monroe flats. They said no and made me pay again to that one. I thought it was ridiculous but I did it anyways. That was the first red flag. I learned later that all other apartment complexes just transfer the application fee. Its possible. Anyway both my partner and I applied for a different property (each another $50 so total $150 now). Then after that trying to get the apartment was a nightmare. This was a great fit for me. This property is pretty close to everything and the the property is amazing. The neighbors are nice respectful and helpful along with a great property manager. I could have not picked a better one bed apartment
