The Courtyard @ Ironworks

First off this is place is amazing, especially Shelbi, I love her so much. Let me tell you, if you’re in college and trying to find your first apartment, you probably know this by now but it’s not easy… and that’s why you’re sitting here on your phone reading this review. Before you read this, no one told me to write this review, i’m just gay with ADHD and wanted to sparkle some light on Ironworks because there aren’t too many reviews on it yet. With that said, the process of touring Ironworks, signing the lease, and moving in was so easy! I didn’t know ANYTHING about apartments, I asked Shelbi 28738383 questions and got an answer right back, every time. I’ve been here for a little bit now and haven’t had any major issues that couldn’t be fixed. Everything is so simple with the online port

Lindsey is phenomenal! The apartment was absolutely perfect. The staff takes the time to answer any questions and they know every tenant by name. I highly recommend Courtyard Ironworks to you if you are searching for a home!

Overall for the price, it’s decent. Very quiet and property is well maintained. Biggest issues are the gate is always open! So this place isn’t secure at all. Don’t be surprised if you see homeless people wandering around in the parking lot. They refuse to fix the gate. Also my fridge is old so the freezer doesn’t really keep food frozen and milk will spoil quickly in the fridge. I’ve brought this up before and the repair barely helped.

I've lived at Ironworks since May 2021, and I have loved living in this cute, quiet community in the heart of Memphis. It's a safe location because everyone who has lived in the area has lived here for many years. There's gated parking and plenty of spots everywhere. The neighbors are a mixture of people from all walks of life and everyone is very friendly. The courtyard is so adorable! If you're looking for a moderately sized space and a quieter apartment complex in Memphis, this is definitely a great option. The one downside is that there are no in-unit Washer/Dryers, but there is a community laundry room that is very clean and easy to use. It's a great first apartment, but it's also a place you could spend years of your life and be content, safe, and cozy. The location is right on Pop
