The Cottages at Twin Lakes

Moving to the cottages at twin lakes was a step up from where I was at prior. The community is very quiet very well kept. The apartment is the right size comfortable cozy.. Melanie was here when the company was stll here she made my move in very quick easy and seamless. Very knowledgeable and very efficient. When the new company took over they brought Melanie back I'm very thankful for that she is one in a million. It's always a pleasure to talk to her she always has a smile on her face. Haven taking over as the new property manager has done a phenomenal job she had a lot on her plate in the beginning but she slowly chipping away at it and I'm grateful that they got my new sliding glass doors put in they look great. She went through a lot of hurdles and hoops just to make this happen and

We absolutely love the cottages at twin lakes ! We have lived here for going on 2 years.I cannot say enough good things about haven and Melanie in our office,they both go out of there way to make this a very happy ,safe and comfortable place to live we call home.the property management before was not very good .since the new property owners and haven and Melanie in the office have made this a beautiful and wonderful community to live in.If there was a place for 10 stars I would give it⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️the maintenance staff is also terrific.we hardly ever have any problems but when we do they are fast, professional and courteous!

I absolutely am greatful and blessed to have Haven as a property manager! She made sure that the clog in my bathroom was taken care of immediately. And made sure it was done quickly. The property is headed in the right direction. And things are being taken care of quickly. 😊💖

I’m new here and,i love this place, it is immaculate and extremely quiet and peaceful,my entire experience here with the management team was,so satisfying especially with the property manager Mellannie,she was so extremely very helpful and courteous to get us here,i recommend this complex very highly to anyone who,is looking for the perfect place to live,and the rent is reasonable here too!!

The current property manager is extremely rude, and suddenly wants to uphold the lease after my family has been without A/C in FLORIDA for the last 3 months. Although legally they could have withheld rent, as a small window unit does not fix 93 degree temperatures, they did not. After running the unit all day, they house is still at a whopping 84 degrees, which I'd call uninhabitable. The maintenance guy told my family that the A/C unit is completely broken, and that they even have a new one at the office, and just are refusing to install it. I'm sure that's because their lease is up soon. Look at how they care for your well-being! As a real property manager in a much larger market (Denver Metro Area), managing Class A properties, I can tell you that this is slum-lord like behavior. Thank
