The Cosmopolitan Apartments

Living at Cosmopolitan Apartments in Virginia Beach is fantastic! The Town Center location is unbeatable—restaurants, shops, and entertainment are all steps away. Apartments are modern, comfy, with awesome views. The staff is polite and service-oriented, but Sam takes the cake: he's always ready to help with a big smile, super reliable, goes the extra mile for residents, and his positive energy brightens every day. Just wish elevators got a bit more cleaning attention, but I highly recommend it! 4.5/5 stars.

I would like to express my appreciation for Sam Hulme, who works in the office of the Cosmopolitan building. He is always professional, attentive, and willing to help residents with any questions or concerns. His dedication and positive attitude make a real difference in the daily experience of living here, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the community and its residents. Sam is a person to recommend and he is the reason for the high rating I gave him. Overall, I’m satisfied with the building and the services provided. It’s a good place to live, although I believe that, considering the price of rent, there is still room for some improvements to make it truly exceptional.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Cosmopolitan Apartments. I have been living here for almost 3 years now. The complex is modern, with spacious and well-maintained units, and the location is unbeatable. Everyone from the staff is very friendly and they do a nice job but a shout out to: Myron from the maintenance team is always attentive and willing to help, which truly makes a difference; if you find him around he always has a nice energy and is a very welcoming person. I also love that very often the complex organizes activities and events for the residents to have a nice time, to get to know each other and build a nice community. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home with an amazing support team!

I generally have a positive experience living here. The maintenance and building staff are helpful, polite, and do a good job overall. That said, a bit more attention to cleanliness and general tidiness would definitely make the experience even better. I would especially like to highlight Sam, who truly stands out. He is always friendly, professional, and very helpful, and he consistently makes residents feel welcome and safe. He clearly takes pride in his work, and having someone like him in the building makes a real difference. Highly recommended!

I am going on my fourth year of living at the Cosmo and I can say I have no major complaints and would definitely recommend the community without a doubt. Everyone, from the front office to the maintenance team, always has a smile on their face and eager to help out the residents with any/all issues or doubts that may come about. My first year 2022 I hit a few rough patches with the previous management team but from 2023 forward, the difference has been night and day. Special shout out Myron for always going above and beyond to make the community a more comfortable place to live.
