The Copham

Living here is a dream! This whole building is run like a well-oiled machine. The amenities (full gym, rooftop lounge + firepit, underground parking, market, etc.) were designed with such intentionality. Also in a prime location, steps away from numerous restaurants and right on bus line 3. Not to mention the historical charm of the exposed brick and the vibey city views. Only downside is that you’ll never want to leave!

Had a great experience touring here. Molly, the leasing agent gave me a tour and she was fantastic. She could answer any question, and had a very genuine spirit about her. The gym here is awesome! The building has a very cute outdoor rooftop space. The apartment itself was super cute, loved the exposed brick. Overall, the leasing agent, Molly, and the building itself was a great experience! Would recommend at least touring here!

The Copham is a great building in a solid location. It has character & feels very comfortable living in. Convenient amenities as well. It was one of the only buildings to meet all my criteria while looking for an apartment. Molly was very knowledgable & responsive throughout the whole application & moving process, from the initial touring to the move-in day. Everything was well organized & transparent which is much appreciated. Sara was also very helpful answering some last minute questions I had before moving in. I'm glad to have found a building that feels overall welcoming & has friendly management. 5/5 stars.

I have lived here at the Copham for 12 years. Great warehouse style property, brick walls, high ceilings and conveniently located to freeway access, many restaurants and shops, and downtown Minneapolis. Great place to live!

Location is in a prime spot. Food and grocery stores nearby. Staff is very attentive & friendly. Love the apartment interior, if you are looking for a warehouse/loft feel. Amenities are good, gym is very convenient to have downstairs, along with the rooftop. Cons - parking is tight, renting the rooftop is good but not great when the speakers/tv don’t work. Overall I would recommend for the location.
