The Constitution Apartments

Absolutely the BEST management and maintenance team I have ever had! Anjillie, Alex, and Claire are the nicest and most helpful group. They will go out of your way to help you, and are always so nice and understanding when you have a problem. Larry from maintenance is kind, helpful, and patient and is very quick and responsive. From clean and updated apartments to amazing up keep of the building, the Constitution is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and would recommend it to anyone!

We just had a networking event with my group, HRNG on Wednesday, and I must say Alex and Dylan went above & beyond to make sure it was a special event! Our event was Mimosas and Mugshots on the Roof, and they even had souvenir wine cups for us to take home. They hosted us on the rooftop lounge, where we had a perfect view of Town Center. We had our photographer, Melanie take headshots with so many gorgeous background settings. From there, we went down to the third floor lounge, and then they gave us a tour of the entire community. Everyone was blown away with how stunning these apartments are and with all of the amazing amenities that are included. The pool was my absolute favorite, it felt like a resort or spa. We’re renting an apartment here for 5 months as of now, and during that time we already faced many issues. PROS: Good location Decent amenities CONS: Check-in: at the day of our check-in, our apartment was not completely ready for move-in: the carpet and floors were very dirty, so we had to order a cleaning service,we also found many issues with appliances FIRE ALARM: So far this is the biggest issue. Tonight it was the 10th time during 5 months when fire alarm across the whole building activated at 10pm for no good reason and it has been on for 35 consecutive minutes. Our neighbors say that this is a known issue for couple years already and management is not able to fix it. It is very very very loud (your kids and pets gonna “love” it for sure). Absolutely love the location -- being in close proximity to town center you get all the perks of having everything within short driving distance without the negative of being too close to the busy boulevard. There is so much convenience living here for any lifestyle and if you work closer to Norfolk you're right by the freeway but rarely hear any noise from it. The building is still in progress of being built but so far everything completed looks absolutely stunning. The property management team is very friendly and helpful, any minor issues with the apartment upon move in were quickly responded to and corrected. Living at The Constitution has been amazing! I appreciate and use all of the great amenities. The location is walking distance to all sorts of things. I appreciate the care and attention the staff gives. I looking forward to continue living here!
