The Commons at Princess Anne Senior Apartments

Nothing has changed for the better. Buildings are deteriorating. Manager is totally ineffective. Rent increased $65 in 2020 and $57 in 2021 and rent is not the same for the Section 42 tenants. Some are paying $100 a month less than others. Maintenance not allowed to purchase supplies for work orders, so tenants wait weeks or months for work to be done. Many younger people living with their elderly relatives who cause disturbances. Rules and regulations are not enforced. I would stay far away. And, yes, that is a sofa on a porch from this summer.

Very nice senior community! My grandma lives here, and has for a few years, she really enjoys it! When I visit her the grounds look clean and trash free. Management is friendly and helpful & Maintenance is responsive. If you need a place to live in VA Beach, that's 55+, check out the commons!

I had nothing but good treatment here,the workef and managment are really hard to make improvements that need it. The people that live here seems very nice. I'm glad I moved here

My Mom lives here and is moving out because of the unfriendly staff and the fact they don't want to fix anything. They are slum lord's. They had a roach problem, plumbing issues and mold. You can get sick if you're elderly and already have some health problems. They need to do better.
