The Columns at Coldbrook

I moved to the area 2 years ago over a holiday weekend. I had only seen what was online so was pleasantly surprised with the apartment and neighborhood. I wound up with good neighbors in my building. It is well located in regard to stores and restaurants. All but one maintenance request has been addressed quickly and without issue. Any issue I have had to come to the office about I have found the staff to be warm and helpful. I have enjoyed the recent community events that seem to be happening on a more regular basis.

I’ve been living here for just a couple months, and so far my experience has been good. Management and maintenance have always been helpful when needed. I appreciate the amenities offered, like the valet trash, pool, and fitness center. I also enjoy the location being near virtually anything you’d need while avoiding the higher traffic areas. The main issues I’ve experienced so far are with the environment, such as other tenants piling trash outside of the trash compactor and leaving pet messes in the grass and dog park. The only issues I’ve seen regarding management are the front gates rarely working and the inconsistency of valet trash pickup. Overall though, I believe this apartment complex is a good place to stay and the price is fair.

I have been a resident at this community for 2 months. The office staff have always been very pleasant to work with. Lacey and Brion are top notch when it comes to customer service. The Service Team has always addressed any service issues (which have been very little) in a timely manner and I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work Team!

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. From the moment I toured the property, I knew this would be a great place to call home.

I have had a pleasant experience living here. The only thing that i would change is the residents taking more pride in their personal space and environment as evidence of cleaning up behind themselves. As residents, we should make the job of the maintenance crew easy by cleaning up after yourself. Let's have pride in our living environment.
