Rice Hope Clubhouse

I thought it was okay when we first bought the house. Now, they decided to raise our HOA fees but open the pool later in the year and close it earlier. The amenities were a huge selling point for me, and we live in a state where it is summer weather 10 months out of the year, but the pool is only open 4 months of the year.

Its a lovely pool, but pool season was just shortened to 4 months May-Sep. HOA dues still increased. The lake is beautiful. But it is being drained and is now feet lower than it had been. The builder is adding a firepit and benches and a walking trail near the lake. But they also cut down the trees by 95 and replaced them with a wooden fence so you can clearly hear the traffic while walking near the lake. The foundation is here for a beautiful and great community and the people are great. Recently someone threw a porch crawl, and another person is hosting mommy meet up groups. Once the HOA is taken over by the people, honestly I think it will be an entirely different vibe. But until then, it just gets more disappointing every day. I mean, a 4 month pool season in Southern Georgia?

The pool has gone downhill due to neglect by the developer HOA . Restrooms that aren’t cleaned daily , dirty decks, broken doors , old gross lounge chairs etc. Today Memorial Day week the first weekend they decided to turn on the water slides , tons of brown goo , awful smell ,and a dead animal that had to be retrieved from the slides . People are going to get sick as they only closed the pool 10 min and said fine with the filter system. they should be ashamed the neglect of this once nice community amenity

Beautiful amenities at rice hope. Three pools; a Lazy river, kiddie-pool, and a lap pool with water slides.

Needs some attention. Pools needed a bit of cleaning and debugging(dead bugs in pools, lazy river). Bathroom was filty. Slides, etc were closed. Didn't go in the gym, grounds needed to be cleaned. For what HOA is charging they should be doing a better job at maintaining the place.
