The Closing Specialists

Obviously my name on here is different than what was used, just so they can’t say they haven’t worked with me. What a horrible company, not only did they not check for liens the day of closing, they paid out someone that had no stake to my property and demanded the money from me. Mind you the check was already wrote out and waiting for the mail, I was called a fraud by Tony! I have the voicemail he left on two numbers BOTH calling me a fraud because he didn’t do his job and run a final search. I will not recommend this title company to anyone. Very disappointed, frustrated, accusatory remarks and unorganized

Highly recommend The Closing Specialists. They were active and very communicative during closing. Everything went smooth, and had no hiccups along the way. Tony, Becky, and Tracey were all great to work with!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this closing company to anyone!!!! I bought a house in August 2018 it took them 6 months to get a deed to me after numerous calls to them which was never returned after a week finally someone answered the phone and said rudely we are behind and we hired more people to help us and the lady Becky that you need to speak to is on vacation. Who goes on vacation when you are behind on your work??? The 2018 taxes were paid in the closing however I received a delinquent tax notice in December stating my taxes on this property were not paid by the closing company. Again after numerous phone calls and leaving messages I get a call back from Becky regarding this matter. She stated that she would take care of it another 2 weeks went by she called and said for some reas
