Absolutely worst experience of my life, I have bought 4 homes in my life time and wanted to buy another one however there where huge issues with the house (inspector & several contractors determined active water leaking as well as rotten) instead of sending information to the sellers of all reports they argued with us and how they didn’t trust our inspector or the other SEVERAL contractors we sent out. Realtors are not to make decisions without talking to the PEOPLE they work for (aka the sellers) the sellers probably don’t even know they have active water coming into their EMPTY home. I have never experienced such a rude realtor in my life and I will be reporting to the board of ethics.
We had a wonderful experience listing our house with Jay at Howard Hanna in Ligonier! He was very honest, helpful and always kept us updated on things! He helped us find the perfect family for our home and we couldn’t have been more pleased!
On Thursday 1/10/2012 we visited the home on Rice Lane in Derry Twp with Jackie Ninden. We were very impressed with the home and land! Jackie was an excellent realtor and we were given an A-plus tour. We will be in touch very soon and do so appreciate her assistance on showing us property she had never seen before. Deceptive business,don't ever buy anything from Howard Hanna. Declosures are not honest and buyers get screwed and they tell you to lawyer up.
