If you want a clean, professional, and luxury living environment with management that actually addresses your concerns, I do NOT recommend living here. I have been a resident since 2024, when their last building opened. The first year was good, but it felt like as soon as we renewed our lease, the property started to decline overall. Initially, the property was well-maintained, particularly in terms of cleanliness and landscaping. Two summers ago (2024), we had professional landscapers coming in bi-weekly. However, this summer, maintenance cut the grass so short that it was damaged. We haven’t had any landscaping done; the plants are either overgrown or dead, and there is no mulch—just dirt. A few weeks ago, mulch was delivered, but the bags have been sitting in front of our building unto

Here are some of the reasons I would not recommend the Cannon to new tenants nor would I call it “luxury.” 1. They have roaches. The reason I know they aren’t in just my apartment is because I have seen them on the first floor at the other end of my building (I live on second floor.) See photo. 2. The apartment complex itself / hallways / stairs are usually very dirty. See photos. 3. Maintenance requests take quite a long time to be worked. We were out of a shower for several weeks at one point (2 br / 2 bath) and only after 30 days AND leaving a review did they come fix it. 4. Everything is YOUR fault. For instance, when I found roaches in my new apartment, I called and asked when the pest control guy could come and said I hadn’t seen him come by. I’m a SAH girlfriend and on the monthly

Moving into my new apartment was a smooth and positive experience overall. The move-in process went well, and everything was ready as expected, which made the transition much easier. The only issue I’ve experienced is with the gift card that was supposed to be delivered on the day of move-in. As of now, it still hasn’t been received. Since it was described as a digital gift card, I’m confused as to why it wasn’t emailed. What’s been most disappointing is that this issue doesn’t seem to be treated with the level of importance it should have from upper management, despite follow-ups. I would also like to give special recognition to the leasing officer, Virginia. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and she truly made the move-in experience a pleasant one. Overall, it’s bee

My apartment was not cleaned and ready for me to move into, there was damage and repairs that needed to be made. Stephanie, he did my move in process was impatient and not very knowledgeable. The move in gift card incentive for $1,000.00, has yet to be given to me, which is deceptive and a fraudulent of my lease. The stairwell and breezeway were filthy and in disarray. I have voiced my concerns and disbelief in how this property has conducted itself thus far, via email and in person. I am currently not happy to call this place my home. Virginia McCall, has been great and has stated that she intends to address all of my concerns, so I am waiting. Sincerely, CJ

I would love to give it a 5 but there are some issues that I feel are warranted for those interested in moving here to be aware of. Pros: -Good location -Friendly office staff with prompt responses. Jaclyn is a busy lady, but she takes awesome care of me anytime I have a question or problem! She has gone above and beyond numerous times for me. -Modern & Neutral appearance -Shorter than 12 month lease options -Pet friendly -Great clubhouse & gym -Easy to use application and monthly payment system -Inexpensive utilities -Reasonable rent compared to nearby competitors Cons: -Club house and gym took way longer than initially told to be completed, was kind of a bummer to be paying for those amenities but not able to use them for 4+ months. -I never know where my packages will get delivered, not
