The Camilla Apartments

I moved here on 11/21 and this place has been hell ever since….first I registered my vehicle the way they told me to and it still got towed and when contacting leasing office nobody can help you even tho the vehicle showed registered…second moved in the heat doesn’t work still even after putting in work maintenance request that they said was done and heat still doesn’t work …..RUN VERY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!! Nobody in office knows what’s going on around here… if you looking for slum apartments these are the way to go!

Chloe was the leasing agent that gave me a tour and MAN she sold the place. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, pointed out details I wouldn't have noticed on my own, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I lived at this property from May 2024 to May 2025, and my experience was very disappointing. During my lease term, property management changed three different times, which created a lack of consistency and accountability. I never had an issue paying rent—every payment was made on time each month—yet the amenities advertised and paid for were consistently unavailable or poorly maintained. The pools were closed for the entirety of my lease, and the fitness room was only accessible during office hours because management claimed the key was “lost.” This was a major inconvenience, especially for residents with consistent work schedules and school aged children. From the time we got here until the time we left, Ashley helped us and she was very very helpful. I can see where she is definitely an asset to your company. She’s got the patience of a saint. My wife and I were very fortunate to have her help.

I’ve lived here for over a year and have had a great experience. The maintenance team is fast and reliable, and the management is always professional. The location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The apartments are well kept and modern.
