The Burlington

I was a tenant at Burlington Apartments in St. Paul, Mn from 2023-2025. I liked it at first but had minor issues like limited parking but it got worse quickly. Here are my list of issues I had in my time at this property: Garage door won't open consistently. Laundry card stopped working with money on it. Had to buy new laundry card and put more money on that. Washing machine on my floor messed up my clothes. Washing machine on my floor shook violently and moved across room regularly, and also rarely worked. Washing machine on 1st floor messed up my blanket. The property has way too many dogs, that bark in unison every morning. My Mail has been stolen. Although I had a registered parking spot for all my time there, my car was towed one day because of a paperwork error (I got their admissio

Overall a decent apartment complex to live - I have just recently moved from there and below are my thoughts. A major pain point is parking - it can get tight sometimes. If they are doing parking projects/construction or plowing during the winter, you’ll be subject to parking on the other side of the lot away from where your unit is, or you may even be subject to going to park in the neighborhood while they do their project(s) or plowing. Could be hard for those who are elderly, have kids or mobility issues. Parking for guests was also a pain - if all guest passes are accounted for during the day, it’ll be tough to have guests over if you planned something. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It’s the worst place to live. Do yourself a favor and never rent at The Burlington Apartments. The maintenance service takes more than two weeks to fix anything. They came to repair the washer and ended up breaking the dryer. I’ve been waiting two weeks for them to fix the window screens and they still haven’t done it. There are wasps and flies getting into the apartment. The water pressure is terrible. The hallways smell bad. This is honestly the worst place to live — don’t move here.

I am relocating to Minnesota and recently toured these apartments with a leasing agent by the name of Dailyn. She was and currently is very helpful and informative about the leasing process, the property and what the area has to offer for new residents. I did enjoy how many of the residents knew her as we toured the property and she was warm and welcoming to everyone she came into contact with. The entire process was stress free and I felt completely comfortable and I highly recommend working with her when considering this property.

My wife and I love living here. It’s super safe and quiet. Great area with Como park next door and grocery stores just a 5 minute drive away. The staff try hard to make it feel like a community and the outdoor pool is great on hot summer days. The apartment layouts are from the 80s, which have better floor plans than the majority of modern “luxury” apartments around town that are just big rectangles. Good for all ages and young families.
