Money hungry, thoughtless, and inconsiderate. I’ve noticed every bad review is responded to anonymously. But yet the “good” reviews have full name showing, yikes. Not a good sign. 0 stars from me, Jenn.

Jenn Bryant is a disgrace. Don’t expect kindness or upfront and consistent communication. Unless you want to be ignored and then when she finally responds deal with her condescending attitude. There may be other “professionals” in the group but this one ain’t it.

You might not have a record but I certainly called and was not treated with respect and was put on hold indefinitely as no one ever got back to me. 1 star is generous

I reached out to the Bryant Co about renting in Virginia Beach and Mindy Webb (shout out as well for being awesome too!) put me in contact with Chris Williams. Chris was awesome from the get go. He contacted me immediately and we set off looking at places that we’d both found. We saw around 20 different residences during a 2 week timespan. He reached out constantly and stayed in touch even though at the time I was living in another state. He constantly sent updates of new properties I could go see. We’d sit down and go over options, times, and locations. He made the entire process (which was nerve-wracking for me) so much easier! He’s very personable and friendly. Even after we found a place I liked, he kept in touch to make sure things were going well, which they are! 😁 I can’t say enough
