Our whole experience with the Lofts at Front Street has been awesome. When I was apartment hunting, I stumbled across the Lofts and had a great experience with my tour. The apartments were beautiful, had tons of storage, amazing water views and not far from downtown. Also, Ricky and his staff were so welcoming and understanding of my situation, as I was moving both me and my boyfriend in while he was deployed. Once we were moved in the whole front office continued to treat us like family, I’ve never lived at an apartment complex where they call you by name every time they see you. And most importantly, as a long time renter, they are very quick with maintenance repairs! I can’t say enough good things about my time so far.

I am the proud resident of Pinewell Station apartments. I’ve been a resident of Pinewell for a year and a half. I have to give a shout out to the amazing people at Pinewell. Jason H. is amazing, knowledgeable, Courteous, professional, an out of the box thinker. He always has time to help and to make our community better place to live with a wonderful smile and positive personality. Thank you, Jason A+ job!!!! Your commitment to excellence goes above beyond. I'm a newer tenant but wish I would have found Breeden long ago. I had my first maintenance issue since moving in roughly 6 months ago. Jared was immediately responsive and our issue was repaired within two hours. My property owners themselves are wonderful and our property manager Jared just can't be beat! Happy to be with Breeden!

I have been through a lot at my community in the 8 years I have lived there. Even more in the last few months. Ms.Jessica took the time to listen and cares, even when I was so angry. She never raised her voice or made me feel like I was overreacting. She helped me find my new apartment and even called to make sure I was settled and a happy. She is a beautiful soul and has a servants heart. I only met her teams at 2 communities but it shows that she leads her people with the same care because they care too.

First off - I live in building 10 at Lake Taylor Pointe apartments. I have one word: ghetto. Building 9 and other buildings are seemingly peaceful. Not mine. My neighbors below and next to me are literally screaming anywhere from 6:30am to 1am - in addition to cars coming back there and blasting music right outside my window anytime of the week. I’m on the 3rd floor by the way. I have asked management to put the request into Breeden for security cameras in the breezeways - guarantee that won’t happen. They just give you lip and tell you to call the security service that DOESN’T patrol, then say they can’t control the residents. For having a STRICT lease that outlines quiet hours at 10, no smoking, and immediate penalties for not paying on the 1st, they do nothing to enforce any of this e
