The Banks Apartments

I am writing this because I am very angry because I have been telling them for over a week about the water leaking in the apartment and every day they tell a different story they have not even come to check what is going on, the whole kitchen and the living room leak through the floor and the carpet in one room too, this place is a mess to live in, you go to the office and all they do is make a face, they talk about not racism and there are 2 brunettes who are more racist with the Spanish, I do not recommend this place to anyone, it is not good, I already told them to please fix it or move me from the apartment because I have 2 children and one is asthmatic and with all that, no response

It is a very noisy and dirty place full of people with no culture or respect. They throw all the trash in the suspect. Those in apartment C13 are the noisiest. They don't respect anyone.

We want to thank you for sending Ms J ,to our site to help Ms .Rebecca, now we have faith that things will get done, because she get out and walk the ground always smiling and talking, she is like part of us,she even knows at least half of our names and who is our kids. Now we feel like VPM,has given us the best ,

The place is roach infested! There are no dishwashers or garbage disposals in any of the apartments. Lots of drug users on the property.

They are rat infested and I didn’t know until I moved here about 3 months ago can’t even leave here til my lease is up 🤦‍♀️just wished I never moved here so damn irritated with myself and this place fr just ready to go 🤷
