The Avenue in the Highlands

Love loving here! My apartment has a sleek feel and I love how cozy the outside feels. Move in was very easy and the office was great to work with. I haven't had many maintenance requests yet, but the place always seems clean outside. Definitely recommend for sure! 🥰🏡✨

i’ve only lived here for a few months, but i’ve been incredibly impressed with the avenue in the highlands! austin is very communicative and cares about the quality of the grounds, apartments, and amenities. maintenance is very quick, and they strive to make things right. the staff truly seems to care for their residents and the community - very welcoming and considerate. i couldn’t recommend it enough !! :)

I've lived at the Avenue for 3 years now and it has been the best apartment I've lived in. The new management team–Austin and Brian–have been super kind and helpful. Maintenance is done quickly, they are on top of things and receptive to feedback, and they are actively working to improve the property. On top of that, the Highlands is a great neighborhood to live in with all the shops and restaurants you could want nearby and Cherokee Park only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend moving here, especially if you are new to Louisville.

I have been a resident since April and only had a great experience. The community staff are very responsive. All concerns are addressed timely and considerately. I think this is the first time I have ever lived somewhere where a work order is addressed within 24 hours which is unheard of! It’s also a perk that it’s a very walkable neighborhood and always something to do within a couple blocks. Highly recommend.

I’ve lived here since the end of May and I love it. I have a spacious one bedroom with a balcony and the location is perfect. Such a walkable area with stores minutes away. The management (Austin) is always on top of any issue! Definitely recommend The Avenue
