The Asher

I got a tour from Maria, who stepped into the tour guide role for the day, and she was so amazing! The amenities are out of this world!! So many different spaces for all different tenets like a beautiful sunbathing deck but also a really nice workshop space for more artists/hands on projects! The apartments themselves are smaller but you really are paying more for the community and mind blowing amenities

Loved living at the Asher for 2 years during my time in Minneapolis! Mitch and Kayla were both so helpful and kind, always greeting residents and putting in the most effort to make community events fun for everyone. The amenities were all new and well kept. The maintenance and cleaning team were also super friendly and quick to assist when needed. My favorite part of the Asher was the pool deck and hot tub during the winter! Also really appreciated the community kitchen area & first floor office (with free printing) to work from when I needed to get out of my studio. Many perks and good memories from The Asher. I had a good experience living here for 2 years. Maintenance requests were always taken care of in less than 24 hours. Management always responds to emails with questions or issues quickly. A lot of nice people live in the building and the amenities are great.

Very clean and modern and feel safe. I really hope to be living here one day and love the indoor parking spaces. It is very good for Minnesota winters. The location is very nice too.. so close to all the major attractions..

I absolutely love living here. The staff is wonderful, seriously the best around. They truly go above and beyond for their tenants. The amenities are amazing and the community is fun. If you're looking for a new home, I highly suggest checking out The Asher.
