I've been renting in the Orange County area since 2018, three different luxury resort style apartment complexes, and The Artisan has been my favorite. It's so well kept, always really clean, and safe. The neighbors have been really nice, friendly and it's mostly quiet with an occasional party or get together but usually ends at a decent hour. The staff are fantastic. Super helpful and quick to resolve a problem. And my apartment is so spacious and beautiful. Bonus... old world village is around the corner and it's charming. Bella Terra has great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

I have lived in SoCal for 10 years in 5 apartments around Orange County. By far this is the worst. I don’t post many reviews but had to do it for this place. The Apartment is good just noise complaints and they keep the community clean. But the management is The worst and leeches, they suck the last drop of money out of your deposit. It’s not the staff , just the management itself has no ethics or fair policies. Somewhere they forget they rent the place to humans. Plus I had to break my lease in 6months due to my job and had to pay almost 3months worth of my rent and still they charged the entire deposit amount even after I gave my apartment back neat and tidy. And You can never complaint to anyone above the people in the leasing office. P.S. the unit was rented to someone else within a m

I've been living here for about three months, and I have absolutely no complaints. The property is quiet, beautiful, and well-kept. They have a fantastic gym and two pools, both of which have always been clean. Alyssa has been nothing but kind and professional, walking me through the whole process, and she even had a "welcome home" goodie bag and water bottles in the fridge for me on the day I received the keys to my rental. She's a lovely young lady. I've even had a couple of run-ins with the infamous Johnathan, and he always has a smile on his face and has been friendly and professional. The maintenance team has always been quick and efficient, and very friendly when you run into them. Overall, a great place to live, I look forward to going home every day.

I don’t recommend renting here, I went to visit my best friend multiple times. She was not happy with her experience at all, the manager Jonathan is condescending and rude. There’s no guess parking at all, people can’t have anything aside from a table on their own balcony. My friend kept getting constant threatening notices on her door. For ridiculous things like her doormat and cardboard boxes on her balcony. They desperately need new management.

Do not move here, I can't wait for my lease to end. I have never had a single complaint or notice in any apartment building. Now I been at The Artisan for 6 months and I got 3 notices? Notice 1: "Remove the doormat from exterior front door". Seriously? A notice for a doormat? Notice 2: "Your vehicle is leaking oil, please remove the vehicle from the property or it will be towed" Towed? From my own parking spot? And it's not even my car that's leaking oil, someone parked in my spot when I wasn't here. I told management that and they didn't remove the notice from my record. Notice 3: "There's a cardboard box in your balcony". You can't be serious. They said that on the 3rd notice it proceeds to legal action, so does that mean terminating your lease? With the first notice being a doormat and
