Lived here for almost a year because it’s closer to Yale and had an excellent experience. No concerns whatsoever. Justin and Amanda have both been wonderful to work with. Justin made the move-in process very smooth, and Amanda handled my move-out and lease termination seamlessly. Both are extremely responsive and quick to get things sorted. One of the best interactions I’ve had for apartments I’ve rented in the past. In terms of maintenance, I had no issues during my stay since this is a newer building. On the rare occasion something came up, it was resolved within 24 hours. I once reported a small paint crack in the bathroom in the morning, and it was completely fixed by the time I got home in the evening. They also prioritize building safety, so you never have to worry about unauthoriz

I toured The Archive with Martin and had a wonderful experience. They were my second choice apartment complex, but could have easily moved up to first choice if they had a 2-bed, 2-bath available in my timeframe. The 2-bed, 1-bath units I toured were just a bit small to fit our king size bed comfortably.

My roommate and I have LOVED living at Archive. Katti did such an amazing job showing us around the property and Mary and Shayna were always quick to reply with any questions we had. Our favorite summer activity was to grill out then sit by the fire during sunset with a glass of wine. We also used the pool table a ton during the winter months with friends! Super fun spot to hang out during the March madness tourney too. Archive is also walking distance to everything. There are so many bars and restaurants in the area and the Twins stadium is a few blocks away. It makes things so easy and I’ve saved a lot of money on parking and Ubers!! I have lived at other places in the area and nothing compares to it with the management style, quality of units, amenities, and location

I have lived at the Archive now for over 3 years... this community is wonderful! The management is top notch. If there is ever an issue they take care of it immediately and with great concern. Neighbors are caring and respectful. Location can NOT be beat. I always feel safe being located right next to the Fed reseve. We get to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city life while being so close to the River Parkway. All the beautiful city ammenities close. It's a true gem of a space.

We were in town visiting a family member and stayed at The Archive in their apartment—absolutely loved it! The amenities were top-notch. The gym is legit, with everything you need for both cardio and weightlifting. The rooftop was another highlight—beautiful and perfect for entertaining. The location couldn’t be better: right downtown, steps from great restaurants, and just across from Nicollet Island, which made it so easy to get in a scenic outdoor run. We loved our stay!
