MY ROOMMATE AND I HAVE WITNESS THE CHANGE OF MANAGERS AT THIS SUPPOSED FAMILY FRIENDLY COMPLEX. I DO RECALL, AT ONE POINT IN THE PAST, WE HAD A MANAGER THAT WAS TOLERANT WITH CERTAIN FAMILIES AND THEIR FRIENDS WHO WOULD COME OVER TO VISIT. WE NOW HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT WHO HAVE MADE IT A POINT TO UPSET EVERYONE THEY COME IN CONTACT WITH. ARGUMENTIVE, DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT AND QUICK TO DEGRADE ONES CHARACTER. THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE NEW CHARACTERISTICS THAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED OURSELVES. OUR RENT HAS BEEN RAISED CONSISTENTLY EVERY YEAR, BUT HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT WE WILL NOT GET ANYTHING REPLACED OR FIXED WHILE WE ARE HERE PAYING THE HIGH RENT. INSTEAD THESE MANAGERS PREFER TO VACATE THE TENANT AND REPLACE EVERYTHING THEN. WE HAVE BROKEN DOWN APARTMENTS WITH OLD APPLIANCES AND CUPBOARDS,

My roommates and I have been to countless apartment viewings all around east county the past couple weeks and this was by far the nicest experience. Avery did an amazing job touring us around and answering all of our questions, before we even had a chance to ask them. The leasing office does a phenomenal job of making everything very transparent and easy to digest and we are looking forward to possibly calling this our new home.

We just toured a 2bed 2bath with Avery. Throughout the stressful experience of viewing apartments over the last two weeks, she was the ONLY person who was able to answer all of our questions before we even asked them, and in great detail. She didn't beat around the bush, and didn't act like a sleazy sales person unlike all of our other experiences (THANK YOU). She was very upfront with all of the information, and extremely knowledgeable on the property, and extra details. Our experience with Avery was exceptional, and we hope you keep up the good work! Thank you!

Overpriced apartments that are run down. There is always trash in the landscaping. They do not fix things in a timely fashion. My family and i had to go without a dishwasher for weeks, which they broke trying to fix an outlet. We have only lived here for a couple of months, and we have had 4 inspections already. I have never lived at a place that comes into your apartment so often. I do not recommend living here.
