Sunset Trails Apartments

I have been here since June 1 2024 I can say I wish I could give no stars to this complex because it doesn't deserve any. I live in Building F I have upstairs neighbors that stomp all over the floors at all hours day and night sounds like the floor is ready to give in at anytime soon. I have called the City Security Patrol, The Sheriff, and I have also went upstairs myself with being on Dialysis and short of breath to have them please step lighter. I get nowhere doing all this. I don't think I have got more than 4 hours of sleep at a time since I have lived here, there is no insulation between the floors or walls so you hear everything here. Daisy's alternative to the neighbors upstairs was to talk to cooperate about moving me to another unit, as if punishing me for the neighbors stomping

while i resided at this Apt Complex, my personal life was having somewhat of a crisis..and although my social activities became nearly intolerable, the management staff was better understanding . Without investing my time incompetently, i was always given respect and courtesy, without judgement nor discrimination.. it was an intriguing experience to say the least.. satifactory guaranteed..

I would not recommend living here. The landlord frequently raises the rent, even though rent increases are supposed to be yearly. They also tend to keep the entire security deposit when tenants move out, often making up reasons to justify taking all or most of it. The leasing office manager has an unpleasant attitude, and the overall management and leasing staff cause a lot of stress for tenants who struggle to pay rent on time. The rent keeps going up every 3-6 months, which can be very difficult to keep up with even for those on housing assistance. Additionally, there are issues with pests, as there have been rats running around outside the building. There was also a rat in my individual unit that I'm not sure was properly addressed, despite my repeated requests for them to resolve tha

I gave it a 1 because 0 is not an option, management is rude, disrespectful and don't listen to tenants concerns about property. Work orders are never completed. Promises are never kept, and living experience in that property is worst. Property is infested with roaches, and they refuse to properly address the problem. They don't keep proper records, they overcharge you for "damages" when the property was damaged when given to you, nothing in the property and/or unit is new. Maintenance abuses their positions and title. And a lot of unsupervised children.
