The Anchor Apartments

I've been a tenant here 5 years. Always paid my bills on time. I have inquiries on how to properly get out of my lease.. they steady talking about a $500 charge that is not listed ANYWHERE in the leasing agreement. The leasing office is extremely rude, I don't need nobody being frustrated and raising they voice at me. I already have a mother. If anybody should be frustrated its me! My whole living room window seal is crumbling on the floor with mold, and I still have yet to give them a problem about that (will be attaching photos below). Gather your customer service game together. Life is enough for everybody right now. Yes, reach out to them directly if you want to ruin your own day with their negative energy.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am screaming at the top of my lungs when I say, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. My daughter moved in June of last year and she has had problems since the beginning. Some time this year her neighbor moved out and someone else moved in, all of a sudden my daughter began to see bugs. She called multiple times and kept getting the run around. She finally asked me to go to the office with her and the so called office manager said that she was going to send an email with instructions on what to do for a clean out and spray, a week went by and she didn't get an email. I had to call and go off just to get an email because the staff acts like they don't know how to send emails if the manager isn't there. They came and spray ( I'm not sure the person

I had lived here for a year. Regretted it very much. The walls are paper thin to the point I could hear my neighbors hushing a child ( not exaggerating). Hope you like the smell of marijuana because that’s what your entire apartment will smell like if your neighbors are smoking inside their unit. I can’t say I had a pleasant experience with the office employees. When I first moved in my microwave was broken, took 3 months to get a new one installed after me calling every. Single. Day. To try and get a answer from someone. Each and every time they would brush me off. I think they could benefit from a communication skills class. Charging a $15 dollar building fee MONTHLY is crazy/ insane ! I’ve never heard of this anywhere and on top of it they charging $5 pest control MONTHLY , 5 dollar administrative fee MONTHLY and $10 dollars to pay your rent MONTHLY . My only responsibility should be paying what’s done in my home , I ALREADY HAVE TO PAY FOR RENTERS INSURANCE MONTHLY. I should not have to pay for a building I do not own and all these other extra stupid charges . This is definitely stupid, unfair and robbery and technically rent is not what they say it is money hungry is what they are ! It’s not worth having to pay nearly 1,300 with Paper Thin Walls no extra amenities besides a washer and dryer ( No pool , No gym , No clubhouse, No Park ) No nothing .

I would not recommend these apartments. And I’m dreading that I’ve renewed my lease. I’ve been waiting to have my ceiling repaired from water damage from last year. The main door is broken I’ve placed multiple work orders to have that repaired and the solution to that was to remove the lock but left the key pad. You call the office and everyone in there has the most unprofessional attitudes. Very unprofessional staff!
