Carrollton Village Apartments

I’ve been here less than a month but I’ve had a great experience thus far. The staff are very friendly and have quick response time with any questions or request I may have. My apt is very up to date, modern, with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Ive had a lot of apartments to choose from but I’m glad I chose Carrollton Village.

Amazing place to live! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, perfect for families and exercise. The rental team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond—repairs are handled right away with excellent service. Apartments are clean, convenient, and come with in-unit washer and dryer, plus extra storage. There’s plenty of parking and even a park for the kids. Hallways are kept spotless, and the staff is patient and accommodating. Compared to other places we’ve lived, this is by far the best—great school district, great community, and a true sense of excellence in how they care for tenants. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy my town home, it's very spacious with plenty of room. The office staff ( Abigail and Bethany) are great. One thing I would really love for the complex is to get up dated windows. But overall I love staying at Carrollton Village.

Great place to live—quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Management is responsive and friendly, and any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The neighbors are respectful, parking is easy, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free living experience
