Amazing location and support from staff. The best thing is the maintenance, they literally come minutes after you request during working hours.

literally lost over $150 worth of packages because they don’t have a package locker and a proper security system. i hate this building, don’t live here unless you want to lose more money & poor management

Kelli, I have had a very poor experience with BHOM's management at 700 on Washington. It is extremely unprofessional, unaccommodating, and incompetent. 700 on Washington is billing me after I moved out for damages I don't believe were present. 700 on Washington has threatened to send these charges to a collections agency if my bill was not paid within three weeks. In the last three weeks, I have contacted your property 11 times. You sent me a charge dispute form which was not accepting responses and refused to connect me with the person who resolves disputes. No one has bothered to respond to my emails. By now, you have wasted several hours of my time! The complex is above Sally's, which has block parties every weekend. The noise at night is a significant disturbance to residents. There
