I lived here 2 years and loved it. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the location is convenient. It is close to UAB but just far enough you aren't hearing sirens 24/7. There were a few little issues on the property, but they got resolved quickly. The Management team is great. They have a fast response rate and are really friendly. The apartment itself is really spacious and quiet too.
I lived in a 1 bedroom here April 2019-April 2020 and loved it. It was quiet, gated parking was nice, and the grounds were kept up well. I loved being right beside Piggly Wiggly for groceries and it’s a great neighborhood to go for a run! 10/10 would recommend if you’re a college student or YP.
Do not live here! The gates never work and your packages most likely will get lost or stolen. Poor management
