The 5800 Apartment Homes

My experience touring the place was great. Karen is so sweet and genuine and has excellent customer service. Although I did not end up staying here I still wanted to write this review because I appreciate how Karen really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and it meant a lot to me. I found a different apartment complex that is really nice to stay in but in the future when I move I will consider this place again because it is a really nice and well kept community.

I’m really surprised this place has good reviews. From the moment I arrived, it was constant stress, and safety was the main issue. They steal the mail almost every month. Parking is a total headache, the location is extremely noisy, the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors snoring and their fights too… and on top of that, when I finally moved out, they charged me a “cleaning fee” for the apartment even though we left everything spotless. To this day, this has been the WORST place I’ve ever lived. I do want to give a big thank you to Rolando—he was very kind and helpful.

We’ve lived here almost 10 years and have enjoyed it. Nice property, BBQ area, gas fire pit, corn hole. Manager Karen is always friendly and extremely helpful.

Rolando and Karen were so professional, friendly and responsive. I also appreciate how quickly the processed moved. I'm loving my new apartment!

Lived here for many years. Management, especially Karen, is wonderful. Amenities are great and always clean. Maintenance is friendly and very quick to respond to anything you need. Its also in a very convenient area.
