If you like doing business with a company that profits from your real estate transaction but isn’t customer relationship minded + makes multiple errors that you have to catch + questions your integrity + forces you into endless red tape = then this is your title company!! Context: I’m a seasoned home buyer with experience from multiple realtors, mortgage lenders and title companies in various parts of TX. I have a credit rating over 800! I guess I need to be illegal?

This is a great title company for several reasons. Friendly staff, fast closings and a "get the job done" attitude by all involved. I have been in the mortgage business over 16 years and attended well over 1,000 closings (probably 50+ at Texas Pioneer), and Erin Mast and her solid staff of professionals know how to take care of the customer, communicate, and make your closing experience a great one!

I received a phone call from the president of this company less than 24 hours after posting my review. We spoke at length and came to a mutual understanding. The review of my experience still stands but I do believe that my words were taken seriously and was handled 100% better than my closing experience was. This company deserves negative 5 stars. I had to give 1 star in order to post this review. I will never use this company again. Period!!! Rude, called me, a liar more than once, my family went above and beyond for them and then I got charged for it. They omit truths so they can say they don't lie. Actually had the audacity to say at my closing I had a bad attitude, could have swore they worked for me. There are far to many Title companies in the Tyler area. So sorry Pamela Walters
