Terrain at Haywood

Ever wanted to play giant outdoor chess? Or live in an adorably spacious studio near downtown Greenville? Terrain at Haywood is the perfect place! Moved here in July and I absolutely love the this place. The staff here are wonderfully responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Jen at the front desk has helped plan events for the tenants and even puts on fun decorating competitions for us. Any time I’ve had any questions or concerns she always gets back to me right away. The few times I’ve had maintenance issues I received a response within a days notice -and my neighbor Ricky also happens to be the maintenance man! So that was convenient.

Let me start off by saying this complex “portrays” to be beautiful and nice but they are terrible at all of things. I lived here for 6 months, upon moving in what was suppose to be a clean studio was not , paint overlapping on walls and mirrors. Dust and dirt and grime everywhere it took a whole day to reclean what was suppose to be clean. They take forever to return any emails or calls and do not even have a main number for the specific property , you have to call the main property number to get ahold of anyone. When you want to speak to someone at the property they are never available during “business’s hours” I spent 45min waiting outside in the rain one time to speak to someone at 3:30 in the afternoon I was told they were still at lunch but closed at 5. Makes total sense. Let’s not

Unbelievably insensitive! These folks have a huge SC State flag able to be viewed by visitors driving up I-385. (see attached picture) What a very poor reflection of our great town and State! However - as you can see in the picture, you can see the how tattered and torn the flag is. That didn’t just happen in the last few hours. How on earth could they miss it? It was so bad, a visit to their office was done and even told the team of managers and their response? “Oh we just noticed that… we will put in a work order to have it fixed. Hope you have a nice weekend.” When asked if they have no pride in our State flag, why can’t you just walk out, undo the lanyard and lower it?… they respond - “Thank you” and one member walks outside more interested to see who complained rather than take

I've worked with Robbie, Emily, Su, Erin and the property team for two years now and they are outstanding people. I would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a place to live - it's affordable and the location is one of the best in Greenville with access to 385 and only 10 minutes to downtown.
