Terrace Trace Apartments

I have lived here for nearly 5 years, due to it being a bicycle ride close to my job. I like that it is much quieter and feels safer than my previous residence, very close to groceries and bus transportation when I needed it. It's weathered the latest storms well. It is not the best but it is not the worst. Under Maria, she gets the job done, previously the work was chaotic and the waiting list was long! I had no kitchen light since last year and my garbage disposal started leaking. I got with Maria and both were repaired within the week. Which is record time! The onsite laundry is affordable and the grounds are well kept. Any trash seen, is by residents who take where we are for granted. Most of my neighbors are older and kind. I can think of worst places to live.

Maria is the most wonderful parson/manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She is kind, compassionate and willing to help whenever and however she can. I read the reviews before I rented and was swayed.

Mrs. Maria is an excellent manager at Terrace Trace Apartment. She is on point with everything she does. She is considerate, kind, and firm. She will help in anyway, but do not take her kindness for weakness. I like that. Keep up the great work, Mrs. Maria.

Under new management! Great job with the new team. This place is quaint and comfortable to live. Close to 75 and shopping centers.

On the apartment hunt. I was thinking about renewing my lease or finding a new home. Visited this lovely property and Maria was extremely helpful. Ultimately I decided to renew lease simply because it’s closer to work but I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking and be sure to ask for Maria, She is the best!!
