The water here constantly gets shut off without warning for odd amounts of time. The maintenance is very fast tho when it comes to issues with the units

I’ve been without no running hot water for almost two months. I’ve made several reports with code enforcement. I’ve attempted to reach out to the corporate company and I left them messages. I still haven’t received no response from corporate. I pay my water to the apartment so mlgw won’t come out to fix my water. They apartment manager sent an electrician out 3 times to fix my water. Then they lied and told me my water wasn’t running hot because I have 5 adults and 2 children staying with me. Which is a lie. Then they lied and said the city closed the report I made. So I called code enforcement and asked why they closed my report and I still have no running hot water. I've been a loyal tenant for 3 years. I've never had any issues until now. My neighbor has had several unrepaired leaks that caused water damage in my unit. Water leaking in storage closet causing mold. After several complaints someone finally came out and painted over damaged area. I had a second leak from neighbors unit. Water all over microwave, causing electrical outage near sink. This also caused the trash compactor to stop and clog the sink and caused a blockage in dishwasher. Which also started leaking. I have never used the dishwasher. When I opened it was mold. Took pictures and complaints to office. Promised repairs and after two months no resolve. Because I have health issues I asked for new unit because of mold. I was told they would make repairs and that no other units availa

These are the worst apartments to move in they don't care about their residents at all I stay there a for a year never received a mailbox key the unit I was in had electrical problems the kitchen door didn't have the bored around it bugs would get my apartment everytime you go in the office it's different ladies in there you ask them a question they don't know the answer they keep saying you have to speak with the manager she's never in the office or on site of. The property they just take people money ect. I also did security over there and the lady in the office was very rude and she made us and some other people loose their job and the evictioned us. They lady they have in the office now doesn't like black people I and don't want us to move in over there. It's just sad and pitiful over
