Bruce Lazaro refuses to fill out a simple verification of rent form for an elderly tenant who is looking to rent a new unit. She has a Section 8 voucher which is going to expire and the only way she can be accepted is with a verification of rent from a past landlord. Bruce told me he doesn't fill those forms out and hung up on me. I am a real estate broker associate and find that the way he handled the situation was extremely unprofessional.. He told me on Monday October 4th that he would have his partner fill it out and gave me the email address of where to send it and waited until today, October 8th to tell me that they do not fill the short, standard 6 question forms out. Very ridiculous not to fill out a verification form for a tenant who has rented from you.
