They were able to accommodate all of our requests and even close early which is not easy to do with a condo and processing all the condo paperwork through the association. I saw a negative review here for Experienced Title, and specifically towards Madison. While I cannot speak to that encounter, I found Madison nothing short of outstanding. I bugged her almost daily, and she was always cordial and acted on every need I had. Not only did she respond, but she went beyond my requests, and followed up on each request. I was uncertain on the legitimacy of the buyer of my land, and Madison put me at ease as to said legitimacy. From my initial encounters with Experienced Title, each and everyone I dealt with was equally courteous and effective as I was transferred to whomever I needed for specific actions or procedures.
