WOW! JUST WOW! This group went above and beyond to make things happen in a time frame I never thought would happen. They made signing a million (well, not quite that many) pages fun and exciting. They explained everything and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, with a little humor mixed in. I would highly recommend them!

**edited** I'm not going to use them again. They mailed documents to the wrong address multiple times. It took a few months for me to get the deed, but that may have been due to the county we purchased in. But I never heard from Tarry Title or the county until I called asking about the deed. I had to call multiple times, my realtor had to call, my wife even called a few times and we finally got a certified copy of the deed. Not even the original because they couldn't find it. We overpaid at closing and they issued a check to us pretty quickly, but didn't mail it until 4 months after that. The issue is that the checks expire after 3 months! I have used Don Roberts Title Company in Mineola in the past and they were great. After me posting this they did call to see how they could have don
