Taralon Homes

Taralon Homes is building a house next to ours. Their construction caused damage to our property and they are unresponsive as to request for the repairs. They took down many trees which destroyed the chain link fence that was on our property (not theirs). They destroyed our plants, brick column on the side of our home, large concrete pavers and caused further damage to the end of our driveway corner by unloading heavy equipment and parking over the previously repaired area. They have even completely blocked my driveway and prevented access to my home. If this is the way the owners of Taralon treat neighbors in the community, I would be concerned about their construction and business practices. Attached are just a few of the pictures.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have to share more about my experience with Taralon Homes as I have now spent $15,000 and hours of my time fixing this situation. Taralon Homes did not feel it was important to share with me that they had approved Duke Energy to place a power pole on the property that I was purchasing. While Taralon Homes did not think that having power pole in the backyard was a big deal, it is a very big deal to me and any reasonable company would have shared that information. All of the adjacent neighbors knew of the ongoing power pole issue and had the opportunity to refuse having the pole placed in their backyards. This is the best home building company I have ever dealt with. Louie is the most professional and trustworthy contractor. I have talked to in this state. I would highly recommend this builder.
