Genesis is amazing (not just during your move in process, but during your whole stay) Maintenance is always immediate and gets whatever you need fixed asap. With a pool, clubhouse, gym, playground, and dog park it’s such an awesome atmosphere for families !

The moment I walked in the office to fill out an application, I was greeted with smile from the assistant property manager Miss Genesis. She was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Once making the decision to move to Tanyard Park, I met Miss Celine, the property manager who was also very knowledgeable and has taken the time to answer all my questions. Both these ladies have been phenomenal with communication and I’m very grateful for them. After living in my unit for a little over a month, my AC went out at the peak of the summer (100 degrees) and the office and maintenance staff did everything they could to make my children and I comfortable until a heating and air company could come out and replace the indoor and outdoor unit. Maintenance guys were great! Clay and Jeff came to fix my heat, they were very professional and polite. They were here within an hour of my Maintenance request being submitted.

The best place I've ever lived in Kentucky. I highly recommend it! This is a very friendly community filled with wonderful people that you can call your neighbor. They maintain the property perfectly and make it beautiful all of the time. Celine is the nicest person as the manager that I've ever met. She's friendly she's accommodating she's kind, the same with Genesis. This is an apartment complex however it feels like you're home and it's cozy and just feels like you're home. The management, the maintenance is perfect and I highly recommend living here it's just the best

What a beautiful property with a tremendous staff. Very beautiful clubhouse and well kept grounds. Spectrum works well on property and the Spectrum rep Dustin is amazing.
