If Management took things seriously at Tammy Brook like they say they do me and my daughter wouldn't have lived in a hostile environment for as long as we did. Management would have gotten the problem tenants out. Especially, after the rock went through my livingroom window. Management didn't have the decency to knock on my door to see if my family was ok. Mind you I had a minor living in my home. Management sent me an email to see if my family was ok. What kind of Management does that?Finally, when I made the decision to move out of Tammy Brook. It was by far the best decision I've ever made in my life. This is not an environment to be raising a child in. Now we live in a beautiful home. We've had so many AMAZING opportunities come our way. Management is doing a good job removing the problem tenants. People must have Expectations to tolerate other families values & lifestyles within reason. The neighbors are mostly friendly and many very helpful. Lets face it, you can end up with a nightmare neighbor anywhere. The landscape at Tammy Brook is meticulously cared for. They come rain or shine. Stephanie the manager is great & Josh the maintenance manager does his very best given he is a one man contractor. You will be allowed to use your little area as if you owned it, again,.within reason. The people saying there is drug use and trouble here are most likely the biggest users and trouble makers themselves.

I have lived here for just about three years I’ve always wanted to live here when searching for a place to live. When I got the call that my name had come up on the list I was so excited. I feel like I live in my own house without having to worry about fixing my own stuff cleaning the yard and snowblowing as for this place is right on top of it all this. This place is always maintained if there is ever a safety issue it gets addressed for like the time I needed a new stove it didn’t just get patched up I got a brand new one. The maintenance is around all the time even sometimes on the weekends when needed and always kind and courteous. The office manager is So nice whenever there is an issue with my place I always seem to catch her as she is leaving for the day BUT always stops to hear my

the management was good , but the neighbors was very awful, racist and sneaky, the apartment was loaded with ants, and termitites. they are very racist out their so if your thinking about moving out there dont make another choice. my experience was terrible its like a old folks home where everyone is in your business , you couldnt even go to work in come back, they will ask questions and monitor your every movement. noisey people. oh yeah bad DRUG AREA. MOST OF THE KIDS ON THE STREET ARE ON DRUGS GEEEESH.....GET YOUR KIDS IN A PROGRAM, THE PARENTS ARE USING WITH THE KIDS.... YEAH I KNOW CHERYL AND HER CRAZY KIDS STOLE MY PHONE AND THANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME ABOUT THE STOLEN PROPERTY OF YOUR TENANTS.
