The Mastlight

We just moved out of The Mastlight last week after a little over 4 years there and we were so sad to leave! It was bittersweet as we needed a house for our growing family and dog. The staff is easily the best part of making living there so easy. The leasing office ladies are so communicative and quick with helping you. They will send out an e-mail with any updates so you are always in-the-know of what's happening on site in live time. Maintenance has always come the same-day or the following morning after our request was sent in. They have regular preventative maintenance every few months as well which was awesome. They always have fun events/giveaways happening for residents, I wish we participated more honestly. We used the pool, grills, and gym as well. Everything was very well-maintai

I have been living here for 6 years. The office staff are always responsive, helpful and strive to build community spirit among the tenants by planning events all throughout the year. The maintenance staff are excellent and any issue you may have is always resolved quickly. The management of this building is very good. This winter has been especially challenging and the snow removal efforts have been excellent with snow removal going on all through the night and day. The location is great, with a commuter rail station just a short walk away. It is very quiet here and there are nice areas to go for a walk or jog. I would recommend The Mastlight as a future home for anyone.

The Mastlight team is fantastic, and the apartment complex itself is an immaculate place to live. The maintenance team responds to every request incredibly fast and fixes everything perfectly every time. The leasing office staff is exceptional as well. I recently transferred to a studio from my previous unit, and they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Maintenance also did an amazing job clearing snow after this week’s storm. The gym, pool, dog washing station, and ample parking only add to how great this place truly is. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience living at Mastlight. From the moment I moved in, everything has been great and continues to be well taken care of. The staff is amazing—always supportive, friendly, and quick to help whenever anything comes up. You really feel like they care about the residents here. The building and common areas are always clean, and the amenities are a huge plus. One of my favorite things is the trash valet every night—it’s honestly such a convenience and makes daily life so much easier. Overall, I truly enjoy living here and would definitely recommend Mastlight to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great community and staff

I have really enjoyed living at The Mastlight. We moved here a couple of years ago, (thank you Jasmine!✨). The location is great, our apartment is a great size and works well for us. The building is clean and comfortable, there's extensive green space in the area and its quiet. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and have worked with us through accommodations we've needed, Alan and Ernst are the best 😊 The town has quiet hours which is great, parking is also included and a relief during nor'easter weather. Community is also mixed demo wise; young and older families, couples and plenty of adorable pup neighbors! Rent and size of units and amenities are competitive here especially with how high cost of living has become in MA. Visit, it's worth it. We knew this was our home o
